Margaret Street, White Oak, New Installation

A personal project, Margaret Street was a family install. Tedious and precise due to a challenging subfloor preparation and highly varied surface, the final results were fresh and elegant, perfected with 2 coats of oil and a water-based natural finish.

  • 350 sq ft Solid Wood

  • 3 ¼” rift & quarter sawn White Oak

  • Master Bedroom, Sitting & Closet, Staircase Treads & Risers

  • Carpet Removal, Vinyl Sheet & Mastic (adhesive) Removal on Subfloor, Install, Sanding, Natural Finish
